firebird true duals?

firebird true duals?
is it possivle to run true duals on a firebird? if so can u let me know how to do it if its not can u tell me whats the best exhaust to run...its and 88 with a 305

It's possible but not practical or really needed. Usually with 2.5" inch pipe you have okay ground clearance. You could always have an exhaust made with 3.5-4" piping and you would probably be fine and maintain the ground clearance you have now.

Possible yes, but not practical nor legal on an Registered/Inspected street car. A 2.5" will be plenty on your TBI 305.

Mufflers aer a personal choice of do you like loud all the time? Quiet at cruise & loud only at WOT? Quiet 24/7? Throaty? Deep & mellow? Lots of choices & about all I can suggest is to listen to peoples video/sound clips & find out their cars specs & find one close to yours. A carbd 383 will not sound like your TBI 305. A LS1 sounds nothing like a SBC due to the different firing order to start with. LT1s are closer, but still no real close.
