Edelbrock Headers
hey guys. I have an 89 formula 5.0 305...got a set of edelbrock 6871 headers, but still tryin to figure out the y pipe situation...have been looking but can't find any info. Will these work? Just trying to get the correct y pipe for them. thanks

what are you looking for exactly.... what y-pipe that will work on it? if that's what your issue is then you're choices are edelbrock's restrictive y-pipe or one fabbed up yourself. no other y-pipe will fit on them

Summit sells two different part numbers for y pipes. The descriptions make no sense, so you'll probably have to call edelbrock. The headers have come in a couple different collector sizes, and the y pipes have had a couple different output sizes.
