A.I.R System - Previously Removed - Some Questions

I've done some searching and can't seem to find any answers relating to my question.

I've got a vacuum leak and I'm assuming it may be from a previous owner of my vehicle pulling the AIR System.

As shown in this photo:

The EGR Solenoid sends out 2 vacuum lines - 1 to the EGR Valve, and one to the Control Valve. Would not having the line connected to the control valve cause a major vacuum leak? My car tends to idle erratically after running from a few minutes. ~100-750RPM. And occasionally it will idle so low that it stalls. It happens in gear at an idle as well as in neutral and park. It's also running rich and having some misfires which could potentially be caused by a vacuum leak from what I've read.

From a quick glance through the bay, it seems as though 1-2 vacuum lines aren't hooked up. Something definitely under the TPI Manifold, and the hose from the Lower TPI vacuum input to the vapor canister that I just added a vacuum cap to.

Anyone have any ideas? I've replaced the plugs, cts, and other minor things hoping that it'd clear up the misfire's and richness, but it's a no-go. Throwing in a heated O2 sensor this weekend which may help with something.
