Installing a new exhaust pipe

Hello,

I have a 1984 Chevy Camaro with a V8 engine. I replaced the exhaust pipe (after the cat) last year when I tried to get an inspection sticker. The only way I could get it in myself was to cut it, put it in, and then use some adapters to reconnect it. The problem is that this year the pipe on one side of the adapter fell out and got really banged up. I bought another whole pipe, but rather than cut it again I want to install it whole. I jacked the Camaro up as far as I could get it and I could not get the pipe over the wheel thing. Is there an easy way to get it in without paying someone to put it on a lift and install it for me?

ANY help is greatly appreciated.

Adam

u have to jack up the body and let the rear suspension hand down then you should have plenty of room

no i dont have any diagrams.. i always jack mine up lifting the suspension and all... then put jack stands right in where the lower control arms connect to the body and let the weight down on the jackstands and hte suspension will unload and hang (not responcable for any accidents or damage that may occur if you try this and get hurt or break something)
