anyone want to sell their stock tpi exhaust?
I am looking to buy a used stock exhaust system for a 91 350 tpi car. Just need to get it up and running. Car does not presently have an exhaust system. Prefer complete system or at least cat and y pipe.I am sure a lot of you would just love to sell that stock exhaust taking up room in your garage or yard. You can give me a call or email me at: o.sebastian33@yahoo.com or call (302)797-8034. Thanks, Oscar

i think i have the exhaust manifolds, ypipe, and new walker muffler with dual tail pipe exits but i dont have the converter and or the pipe going back to the muffler.
your best bet is just to not waste your time with a stock setup. go on the cheaper side and go aftermarket.
get all this and your done... this is the cheapest, but will outflow your stock stuff substantially. your choice of a catback i picked the dynomax 2.5" bc its cheaper but u should look into a 3" system for even more flow.

total 446$ for a better flowing bolt on brand new aftermarket setup. Dont mess with old stock stuff... u'll regret it later. not to mention you need all the correct exhaust manifold studs etc... which always break

Re: anyone want to sell their stock tpi exhaust?
MitchellDEmoor= basically... this is all u would need. this is on the cheap but for ultimate performance you should be looking into a 3" ypipe and 3" catback. wat i pointed out above is only a 2.5" system. which will be adequate for most lightly modded 305tpis and stock to light 350s. a 3" system will allow more room to grow as far as HP potential. a 3" system will support up to 400-450hp. there are so many companies that make catbacks and header/ypipe configurations that most arent even listed at summit or jegs. You just have to make sure the headers and ypipe are designed to work together. the headmans only work with headman headers, same with flowtech etc. Not saying that u cant get it and make it work but u will have to fabricate/modify alil.
the 2.5" system will be fine if your running like 300-350hp but u could be leaving alil hp on the table depending on ur setup by not upgrading to a 3" system. But basiaclly thats all you would need. ( i did not check for smog Air tubes on the headers if u need them then u will need them on the headers to stay smog legal) if you get what i had posted before u will have 95% of wat u need. then u can cut a 2.5" peice of exhaust tubing prob around 2ft long and delete the cat if wanted. or you can purchase a highflow 2.5" cat for around 50$ and have it be a slip fit if u have light fabrication skills.
what ever you do, u dont really want to have a 2.5" system up front like the header collectors/ypipe and then have a 3" catback. bc the smaller DIA ypipe will bottle neck the whole rest of the 3" exahust. same thing for the 3" ypipe and 2.5" catback... the exhaust is only as good as the most restrictive part. Which means keep it all the same size boys.
