Install question for Edelbrock TES
I was wondering if anyone here has the edelbrock headers. Mine are the TES, and I plan on cutting off the AIR pipes. I don't have inspection here for smog under hood, and I am eliminating the pump, and tubes. They are in the way, and UGLY.
The question I have is can I install these headers on my engine while it is out of the car, and be able to put the engine back in the car with them on? I am rebuilding the engine, so obviously will have it out of the car. I spent 2 hours just removing the spark plugs, and header bolts, and MAN it would be good if they could be installed before dropping the engine back in.

Re: Install question for Edelbrock TES
they should be installed with the engine in the car.
The engine might fit with the headers installed, you can give it a try, but it will be tight, especially if you still have AC.
