Re: True dual
Definetly do a search, and check out the picture collection in the stickys. As far as muffler selection goes, I have true duals with an X-Pipe crossover going back to Delta Force single-chamber Flomasters.
I love the sound of the FLO's...
There's also a collection of sound clips up there too, if your curious about different tones.
Good luck,

Re: True dual
I saw that topic but no one has the SLP LM1 resonators in dual exhaust thats why I create this topic to know how loud its gonna be in scale 1-10 whats your rate?

Re: True dual
i like it loud too. let me tell u that u will love it. it sounds amazing. the reason i had them run over the axle into tips was that while i'm cruising i wanted a nice growl goin down the road at about 50mph. but when u step on it it sounds like a fvkin nascar. i have a clip with the full exhaust done. but i hadn't dialed in the new carb yet. but it won't sound much different at all.
i have a video that i will upload tonight on U-tube. but it has alot of traffic noise in the beginning. but u can def here me go down the road. also keep in mind that my timming was off. when i get my car back i will put up new videos. i will let u know. i am goin to put the other vid up on U- tube now. it might take a few hours for them to add it,but i'll post on this thread tomorrow. but here is the 1st one.

Re: True dual
the lm1 will be loud and basicly have no tone to it. basicly like straight pipes. i was gona do it one time but at $100 a piece and all they are is like a hollowed out cat just a empty piece that necks down on either end. i am running trus duals with hedman longtubes 2 1/2 pipes into flowmaster 10 series race mufflers dumped with no x or h pipe and its way loud. going down the road my mirrors vibrate so bad there useless, radio? whats that not like i could hear one. you may want it loud for now but after you get some seat time in it you will be wanting to quietein it down before too long. here is a clip of mine.
