hedman headers hitting coolant line
Looking for solutions ??
The pipe has a small bit of play but not enough to get it out the way . i though about wedging a bit of heat dispersing material between the pipe and primary ??
Took the car out for a test drive and it overheated . Its probably not just the coolant line but it certainly wouldn't have helped

the same thing happend on my tbi, the pipe was rusted and broke when installed my hedman sorties, that pipe goes from the rad or t-valve to the firewall for ur heater core, all u have to do is bypass the pipe get a hose from an auto parts store and reroute the line, its very simple just use ur head and u will easely figure it out

I have the same problem with mine also. As soon as I put my AC delete box in. I was going to try and fab a copper tube to replace the original coolant line.
I think it should work.
