Ever heard of Fullboar mufflers?
My son's 90 V6 firebird's muffler just rusted and fell off. He wanted flowmaster so we went to the Mieneke shop and the guy suggests thei fullboar one. He says it will last longer than flowmaster and sounds similar and is cheaper. So we go for it. The Two pipes out of the muffler were shot too, so we get new pipes and spring for som 6" chrome tips. The total price installed was like $250, which seems pretty good to me. It sounds nice and looks nice, they did a good job
