I was wondering where you install the o2 sensor on these headers. I was thinking down in the y-pipe right were the 2 come togeather

You have it on the back of your driverside header. I had my buddy last week drill mine and weld a 02 bung on it for me.

How do you guys like those headers and the ypipe? They a good fit and good power gains. Im stuck between these and the 2460HKR hooker headers and the y-pipe that goes with it.

Which one is easier to install and more power?

Thanks Alot,

imo headers are headers and the installation is the same on these cars... the drivers side is easy, 10 to 15 min and the passenger side is a real kick in nutz....took about 1 hour to 1 1/2.....mainly on putting the bolts on specially the one on the inside and i had issues with the oil dip stick...broke it actually i wonder how everyone else got thru with that and did not bend or break that sucker....as far as power.....exhaust wont give you that much unless you compliment it with a real good intake....then you can maybe get about 10-15....maybe...also make sure you have a good high flo cat and muffler....which there is another issue of preference....anyways....good luck

I had the opposite experience. I have the hedman's and my drivers side was a pain (although only 20 minutes of a pain, went right in after I took the valve cover off for that little extra bit of manueverability) and the passenger side slipped right in (with vavle cover on, and I have no A/C btw). The passenger side bolts were a pain, but nothing that isn't do-able. The drivers side bolts were easy.

I don't have an O2 sensor, but the drivers side is where it goes. You can put it in the y-pipe if you want, but it is not ideal.

HEY just like me. But I had to raise the engine alittle to get the drivers side in.

10-15hp? I've heard with nice headers 3" all the way back and an intake you can pick up 30 on a LO3. i guess maybes its just cause its so choked...

You did not go wrong. They aren't that bad to get in and they are a good set of headers for the price.
