magnaflow 15684 or 1560?

Engine: 350 tpi
Transmission: 700r4
magnaflow 15684 or 1560?
I am going to put one of these two kits on my car. trying to decide which one. the 15620 is for the 93-97$345. The 15684 is for the 98-02 $395, it does not have the cat flange. the flange will most like have to be modified on either though. any input on which one to get. the muffler is also in a differnt orientation. I am leaning toward the 15620 just based on price.
