emissions, air hose to cat, necessary??
There is a hose that I think runs from the air system to one side of the cat, now I don't think I need this part to pass emissions visual but I would like to make sure, I'm in AZ if it helps out with the laws.

also. I have headers with no a.i.r. tubes so a welded 1 a.i.r. intake piece to the pass. side header, I heard this is all that's necessary and does not require an a.i.r. connector on the drivers side to pass. visual, is this correct?

I have no idea bout the AZ laws, but if you still have the AIR pump then why eliminate any lines? Or is your pump a "dummy"? Frankly, they steal so little power I don't understand folks eliminating them....
If you drop the line going to the cat it will probably cause it to fail lots sooner (in fairly short order possibly).
Running only a line to one head also eliminates the combustion process completion in the other exhaust bank.
Is a visual all you have there?

visual and actual under load test.
The entier A.I.R. system is fabbed up to pass visual, a.i.r. connector on the pass. side is only tac welded on.
I just want to make sure this is good enough to pass visual.

Good luck passing the under load test, they're kind of hard w/o functioning cats and AIR into the headers. PLus if they guy knows anything you'll get failed bu not fabbing the line to both headers.
Other than that, you should be okay from a visual standpoint. I just prefer to try and stay emissions legal, which my 383 SuperRam is (but just barely!)
