How far to extend tips beyond bumper?

I just purchased 3 1/2" X 22" Chrome BoomTube exhaust pipes.

I now need to determine what is the ideal length that the BoomTube tips should extend beyond the bumper.

1. How long does your exgaust extend past the bumper.
2. Could you post a pic to show what this extension would look like? (Not a directly rear picture, but one that shows the extension of the tip(s) beyond the bumper.

Thanks.

Need this BEFORE TOMORROW. :-)

dont let the tips stick out , they look like crap if they stick out past the bumper.

TomP recently did a poll on this. Scroll about 2/3 down the page and you'll find it. It has a lot of pix to look at.

And I agree with Nolan, the tips shouldn't stick out at all. But it's a matter of personal preference for everyone anyway. So whatever looks good to you, do it.

Edit: Sorry camarosource, I guess that was a little vague. And I just moved it to the top of the page anyway, lol. Shifty's link(below) is it though. Thanks Shifty.

Not sure I understand. There was no "TomP" who replied in this topic.
