Do I need anything for slip fit connections?

Hey guys, I did a search but couldn't find anything. I'm getting ready to install my Flowmaster American Thunder catback and I have slip fit joints between the intermediate pipe and the cats. I'm going to join em with band clamp and leave it like that, but do I need to use any type of sealant or lubricant like Anti-Sieze on the slip fit ends? Thanks.

U Clamps with NO sealant will provide a better seal (and no burning rubber smell in the car) Or have them welded @ your local exaust shop. band clamps tend to rust pretty quick, especially under the car where you get more rain water and condensation due to the limited ground clearence and airflow!!!
