After careful analysis, I'd say it's nothing and won't do anything.

Any body know what this is for? I know I won't need it for this car as we are stripping it to race. But thought it might help keep anothe car on the street!

Well, with it being upside down in the picture, it is hard to tell. But it would appear to be a bracket that mounts on the driver's side firewall and the components on it appear to be the electronic spark control module, the MAF sensor relay, the MAF burn-off relay, or the fuel pump relay.

The Trickster!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to all who replied.

Since we are running a fuel cell I will not need it. I guess I will throw it on EBAY. This was a former drag car and the duy kept everything (almost) that came from the car. And just thru it inside. I still have NOT seen the floor. Possibly today!! Thanks again.
