Ravin Mufflers
As soon as i get a few bucks im going to be switching to probably a ravin muffler but not sure wich one. I like my magnaflow but its just not loud enough nor not quit deep enough. One of ravins mufflers is the Z-33 class wich im thinking about getting because its for performance driven street cars and im guessing its louder than the Z-55 class muffler. Does anyone have any experience with Ravin and know if it will be much louder than my magnaflow? Thanks!

I have Ravin and I love it. I don't know if its the 55 or the 33, but it sure sounds nice. I have clips of it on my webpage, the link is in the sig.

Well it came on my IROC, so I don't know what my car sounded like stock. But I used to have a 92 RS with stock exhaust, and it is definately louder. A nice loud, deep rumble at idle and I love the sound at WOT.

I have the 55 I believe. I get a lot of compliments about the sound at idle but to be honest I dont quite think its loud enough.
I really really want the true dual setup like willie.

I found my receipt that the guy gave me when I bought the car, here's what I have:
Muffler (p/n RA594309, if that helps) $125.99
Clamp $2.99
Hardware $3.99
Installation $31.75
2 Chrome Tips $79.98
Exhaust Pipes $99.99
Total $344.69
Total with Tax $360.34
This was 6/9/01, so prices may have changed since then.

Ive got a 55 series. It sounds real nice not fake sounding like barf masters. I'd say it sounds like a hooker areo without the wheezing sound. I think the 33 series would probably be real nasty.
