Can an exhaust manifold be patched?

Can an exhaust manifold be patched?
I have a hole about the size of a #2 pencil in the bottom of an exhaust manifold, can it be patched?

Transmission: 700-r4
Axle/Gears: 3.42
You probably could patch/repair one. You just need to weld it. You could also contact GearDrive63? I gave him my manifolds off of my Z and if he still has them, you may be able to get it.

Patch it with a weld and then save up for some headers. What kind of car is it on. If it is for an Lo3 I could hook you up with my old ones.
