I was just wondering what everyone though about it, I have been running it since 1997, and the only thing that happened was the muffler broke near the inlet around 2001, edelbrock sent me a new one free of charge. I was wondering how does everyone else think they sound and perform? what other system could you comppare it to?

The system rocks. I have Edelbrock from the headers to the exhaust tip. It seems that most people prefer hooker or flowmaster, I wanted to be different. I had a Borla single exit system, and a flowmaster 80 series in the past. Edelbrock beats them all.

I had Edelbrock on my 83-Z RPM intake,Headers, and full 3" exhaust and it sounded awesome...I wish I had it on my 91
I got nothing but compliments everywhere I went with the Edelbrock exhaust and it was well worth every penny!!

Yep I've been running my edelbrock for awhile now (at least 4 years). Only problem I had was I broke the pipe where it attaches to the cats. I put a clamp on it and it's been fine since.

I love the sound of the Edelbrock, I'm just wondering what you guys did about tips? I know they exit like stock, I'm just curious if any of you have tips? I'd like to see pics if you have any. Thanks

I would guess the easy way would be just to measure the interm. pipe diameter. The only difference in those kits looks like that the pipe sizing is different.

Interesting.. I have had a edelbrock RPM catback on my 88 for a few years now, I also had it break by the inlet of the muffler.. I worked at advance auto parts at the time and just warrantied it for myself..

Oh, other than that, I love it, sounds great fits great!!

Yeah, I was 2 lazy to find a edelbrock dealer around here. I might go into autozone and sweet talk the manager in there to get me a new one. I'm not all that worried over it... I think I'm gonna ditch the TES headers for some Hooker long tubes anyways so that'll take a little redoing the exhaust.

I bought mine from Scoggins Dickey......$314...i think...shipped to my house. Of course I live about 200 miles from them....but oh well. They said it was on backorder with them, but he called Edelbrock, and they have 20 in stock. Mine's gonna be shipped tomorrow!!!
