Dynomax headers?

I am getting ready to order a set of dynomax headers for my 91 rs. with stock 305. The called the auto parts store and they're computers brought up a set of dynomax headers for my application. Part #85098. he says they'll bolt right up to my existing exhaust, only thing is the oxygen sensor wont fit back in, but he has a part that fixed that. Will that work, or does anyone know of any other type i should buy?

Thanks

I used to have the Dynomax street series headers on my '88 305 TBI Camaro. They're really not the best design. The Y-pipe is really sorry, and can't flow worth a damn. They also came apart at the collector after a few years (I don't know if this is normal or if I just had a weird set). I cannot recommend these headers.

Funny, the Summit website says about those headers, "Modification to stock exhaust is required to retain the catalytic converter system."

I think what you really want is 87705. A bit pricier, but they will actually bolt up (and they're ceramic coated).

What I'd really recommend is dumping every piece of exhaust you have now and getting Hooker 2055 headers, Catco 9118 cat, and Hooker 16823 cat-back. But, that's just me.

(FWIW, Summit is www.summitracing.com , put "HOK-" before the Hooker p/n's, and "CTO-" before the Catco p/n for searching purposes.)
