Quietest mufflers for true duals

Hey. I have a true dual setup with an H-pipe and glasspacks. As you probably know glasspacks are pretty loud, so I want to change to a real muffler, but need something round, or maybe thin(like spintechs) and they need to be as quiet as I an get because of the police and my sanity. Also price is VERY important.
