ticking noise after header install

ticking noise after header install
just recently installed SLP headers on my car. everything runs fine except under full throttle i get i slight 'ticking' noise. any ideas what is wrong?

Well isn't it obvious?? You have a exhaust leak! After all you just installed headers...Double check all the bolts to see if they are tight, also make sure that you gaskets are on properly, if none of that works, your headers are warped!

Check the collectors/reducers as well. Mine leaked from there until I put in some dead soft aluminum gaskets, and a couple of "paper" gaskets on the drivers side, as well.

Very possible it's a header leak, But check you dipstick(oil of course). When you move it sometimes it rattles against the header, and it really sound's like a lifter tick beleive it or not!!
