SLP, Hooker Comp, or Hedman Elite headers?

I just had a bad experience with some headers that I got off ebay that didn't fit my car. I talked to the guy and he said send them back for a full refund.

Anyway, I need some headers. I am looking at SLP, Hooker Comp, and Hedman Elite headers? I would rather not pay SLP's outrageous price if I can avoid it. Which of these headers will definitely fit (from your own experience, preferably)?

I know you all say that SLP is the best. Who takes second, Hooker Comp (supposedly permanent black silicone hi-heat finish) or Hedman Elite (supposedly a coating sililar to jet-hot--if not jet-hot)?

Also, for a 91 305 tpi that will have full dual exhaust, should I get 1 5/8" or 1 3/4" tubes?

Any others you'd recommend? I don't want to spend the extra money on Super Comps, partly because I already have an AIR setup that I will put on whatever headers I get. If I get SLP, then I will have a spare AIR setup.

Thanks for you help.

BTW, I had talked about using Borla XR-1 Oval Sportsmans. Now that headers are going to cost me a lot more (had a great price on those headers from ebay--the old cyclone AR designs)--I will be returning the mufflers to summit and getting Moroso spirals.

I have the Hookers (1 5/8) and they work very well.
