Anybody sells brand new catalytic with a test pipe inside??
Mine was just hollowed out and is starting to rust..Car passed emissions with a hollowed cat but I need one for visual inspection..

Uhh... no, thats illegal. Companies must sell fully functional catalytic converters. If you're looking for a used one, try the classifieds.
