SLP Header Owners
I just purchased SLP 1 5/8 headers w/o AIR and with JetHot coating. About 2 inches inside the second(from the front of the car) Exhaust port on the passenger side is a huge weld well over an 1/8 inch.Do they all come like this? How much of the weld can I grind out without weakening the weld? Here are two pics at http://24.22.209.39/badass4/header.html Thanks

Lovely weld... it must have been training day at SLP. I've noticed that their quality is not up to the hype that their marketing department says.
You can grind that out... leave a slight bump over the weld (don't grind into the pipes)
