dual exhaust with glasspacks

i was wondering what a dual exhaust (3-3.5") with glasspacks and no cats would sound? It would flow much better than a flowmaster catback, right? it would be used with at least shorty headers or maybe long tubes.

instead of glasspacks would borla XR-1 racing muflers flow and sound better?

i see most people are using dynomax bullet muflers. these are a lot cheaper than borlas but how would they perform and sound compared to the borlas? the borlas have stainless steel sound absorbing material and dynomax has fiberglass, would there be a big difference in should and performance there?

Glasspacks aren't the best for flow and don't sound as good as a muffler.

glass packs sound like ****. ESPECIALLY when you floor it and then let off the gas. do us all a favor and get bullets or the XR mufflers.

Anti - Glass Packs
If your really looking in to getting glass packs i would really recommend you get a 5" coffee can muffler pipe after 3 weeks the glass pack well sound the same as the 5" coffee can...
glass packs might sound cool for a week or 2 but they ware out then what? are you going to spend more money? No!! by the 3rd week you will just leve it and your car well sound like crap!!

no, do not get glasspacks, get a good muffler and it will give it that tuned sound and plus with true duals something like the flowmaster 40 or hooker aerochamber will flow very well.
