HEDDER QUESTIONS

Got 3 questions here.

One: which hedders do best with our cars (hedman, hooker, summit etc.)? Im leaning towards either Summits in-house hedders, or hedman's.

Two: Is the ceramic coating worth the chunk of change?

Three: How easily do the hedders fit and hook up? Will i be able to do the work without welding or bending?

First, unless you work for hedman, they're called HEADERS, not HEDDERS. No offense. That outa the way, there is really no 'best' header for our cars. It all depends on the application. If you plan on keeping your car for a long time and/or drive in winter salt, you pretty much have to get either stainless headers (SLP) or get your headers coated. Jet hot coating does cost quite a bit and upon reflection, I wish I had gotton mine coated, although I dont drive in salt. As far as ease of installation, there is none. The only problem I had with my headers was the holes in the flange had to be drilled, I think most types of headers should line up/hook up just fine, no welding or bending unless you buy longtubes. Just know what your getting into before you start...and have another car to drive, because it will take longer than expected.

I think it is for looks anyway. Got my Slp's coated a few months back at air born coatings dont have them on the car yet though. Coating is also supposed to lower under hood temps a little.
