Who makes the quietest 3" cat-back?

I'm planning to make some decent hp with my induction & heads mod's, and I want to go to 3" cat-back. I have a Vortex muffler now (cherry bomb) and it's too loud. I'd like it to be just slightly louder than stock - more subtle than most of you want - I'm 38 and feel like a total ******* with this way-too-loud muffler. I also want my car to be more of a sleeper by being quieter.

I've read that the Dynomax system is not very loud, but flows good. Does Dynomax make a 3" cat-back? How does this compare to other quieter brands, in both performance and cost?

Thanks,
Shawn

I live on in Army housing. I go to work @ 5 A.M. I had a cherry bomb on my car too at one point, it was god-awful loud. Then I just did a quick fix and put a cheap-o Summit muffler on it. It did not quiet it down, not on bit. Then I got the whole Dynomax cat-back. 3" mandrel bent. It is quiet and flows really good. I would love a Flowmaster, but I would have lots of complaints and I don't want to live off post just yet. SO, I had to get the quiet one instead. It was easy to install too.
