Engine: LS1 / LS3
Transmission: M6 / M6
Axle/Gears: 3:42 / 3:27
3" mandrel bent passenger tailpipe
I have the drivers side but i can't find the passengers. I have been told that all the muffler shops in NJ don't do custom mandrel pipes 
Does anyone know where i can find one or have one made?

You'd be hard pressed to find any exhaust shop that does mandrel bending.
Places like Jegs, Summit, JCWhitney, etc. sell mandrel bent pieces, you could order the bend and have a shop (or someone you know maybe) weld it to a straight piece to make what you need.
