Does anybody know a good set of headers for an 84 Z28 with a 305 H.O. engine?

Welcome to your post's correct home...

If you want a header w/y-pipe that will bolt to the rest of your HO exhaust, I don't have a good recommendation for you.

If you're willing to change your cat, and possible change or modify your cat-back, then the Hookers are nice pieces. The cat inlet will need to be 3" slip-fit.

If you're willing to go from heads to rear bumper, then here's what you can do:

Hooker 2055 headers & y-pipe (listed as HOK-2055 in Summit, for application '86-'91 TPI single cat); '86-'91 TPI single cat direct fit (a Catco part also listed in Summit, don't have the p/n in front of me); '86-'91 TPI single cat-style cat-back system (take your pick - Hooker, Flowmaster, Dynomax, etc.).
