I'm just about to order a set of hedman shorties and y-pipe and need to know if they could make my car run any leaner than it does now.I've got about 3000 km. on the fresh 350 and the plugs are very clean,Not white mind you,but very light tan.I've tuned this thing to the best of my ability and i think i've got it just about right,But i don't want it to run leaner to the point of detonating if i install these headers.Maybe i'm just being overly cautious,But i'm pretty protective of this thing since rebuilding it.F.Y.I,I'm running about 10 degrees advance,the car never runs over 190,and i have a stock 2.25 inch exhaust with manifolds.Any other info you might want would be in my sig.All opinions welcome ......
