Thirdgen Nationals pics.
Hi all,
i am still in the process of sorting the many many photo's i took, but in the meantime, here are some i stole from Nate on nethirdgen.org (and some more I stole from JayZ28 (snowy Jay)
http://www.nethirdgen.org/cgi-bin/nate.cgi
i'm driving the black IROC in the side on shot.
some more
http://www.firebirdandcamaro.net/thirdgen.html
this trip was an unbelievable blast, just over 2000 miles in 6 days, and 2, 26 hour stints!!!!
i met a lot of the guys on nethirdgen.org and a lot from this site as well. it was almost a surreal experience, and a total adrenalin rush.
was it hard work? uhh, lets see, New York, New Jersey Pensylvania, Maryland and Delaware. in 6 days, so yes.
would I go again?
in a heartbeat.

Oh, there is natural justice (or acts of g<x>od, depending on your view,)
Kat (the guy that lent me the IROC for the weekend is b/friend to Julie. despite one bloke buying 125 tickets for the raffle for the SLP firehawk rims, julie won them, with a single ticket.
They couldn't have gone to a better (and despite not being at all wealthy, generous) couple. They will go on the IROC untill julies second gen is ready for them.

Sounds like a dream. Got to admire you for doing it- true dedication to the thirdgen cause! Any stars of the show in your eyes? I remember Kat and Julie from my days over at NEthirdgen and the non tech days here.
Good to hear you were made welcome over there. Did they think you were mad making the pilgrimage?
