"TPI setup" is going to make...

A Holley Stealth Ram is probably the best intake choice to get the power with a TPI operating system.

isn't going to be easy, either.

I don't know a lot about it, but apparently a LT1 longblock with TPI intake/controls can be done. You're probably talking a used engine, but you could probably find a rebuilt somewhere.

read this post https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/engi...otor-shot.html

I have as exotic as they get TPI setup, I'm running an LT1 with a TPI on top of it, the bigest problem with creat motors is "Generally" their HP in in the higher RPM ranges, where as my TPI setup runs out of air at 5800 ish, but I wanted low end torque. my advice is to be honest with yourself as to what you wish to accomplish with the car. IE quarter mile ripper, or a DD that has an unreal launch that can Kick **** on most of the ricers on the street, plus get "decient" mileage when driven like a little ol lady. lol
