thinking about rebuliding LO3
I'm thinking as a project down the road in rebuilding an LO3 than buying a GM crate motor, has anyone rebuilt an LO3 before, is so what was your setup? By rebuliding i mean putting a 350 block in, new heads, cams, etc. thanks for your help.

One of us doesn't understand something.
"Rebuilding" means taking your engine apart, replacing worn parts like pistons, rings, bearings, having the valves ground, putting it back together with new gaskets, or some combination of those, along with the machine work it may take to install some of these new parts.
Putting in a 350 block with new heads, cam, etc., is replacing the engine with one that has a greater displacement and therefore typically more power. Bunches of people have done that if you look through posts contained on this forum. If you're wondering what type of parts to put in a 350 that you're going to use to replace your LO3, look through the posts with topics like that on this forum and on the Tech forum as well. Even the TBI forum will have some good advice for you on that subject.
