2.8 auto to 350 5speed
hey guys i have an 89 rs with a 305 5 speed (paid 250), and a 84 with a 2.8 auto (paid 500) and i have attached my trans to my 350 but before i throw it all in, i have one newbie question, but what is the best way to install my hydralic clutch lines? like remove the brake and booster and start drilling? or i dont know lol, im still a young guy and would like to do this with some advice before i get pissed and rig it up, and what will i have to do about the wiring going from auto to standard like for starting the car? i have my sensor from my 89 but not sure how to put this all together

On the passenger compartment side of the bulkhead, there is a sound dampener that has a rubber-like side and that crummy cotton stuff on the other. To the left of the hole where the brake booster comes through the bulkhead, you'll see a set of cuts that outline an oblong hole where the clutch master cylinder would poke through. Mark that hole on the bulkhead after you remove the spacer, and drill/grind away. You will need to remove the brake booster to install the clutch parts.
Also, you'll need to remove the console to install the shifter parts. Take a measurement from the donor car as to where to cut the shifter hole.
