What flywheel do I use with L31
When using a L31 vortec engine with a WC T5, which flywheel do I need to use ? I am not sure about the whole internal / external balance issue.

Welcome aboard thirdgen.org.
Don't worry about "internal" or "external" balance. Get a flywheel for an '86-'92 3rd gen f-body V8 manual transmission and you'll be fine.
Assuming you aren't putting a stroker crank in the L31. . . (but let's not muddy the waters here).
