Front and Mid-plate help

I'm looking to put front and mid plates into my 85 tubed out Camaro. Does anyone have any good information on it, or know where I can find some. Thanks.

Re: Front and Mid-plate help

I don't use a mid plate and I made my own front plate. You'll also need an engine limiter to keep the engine from moving forward and backward as the plates will flex without one.

Shagwell uses a midplate but he's done some custom fabrication to get it in there.

You can buy motor plates from vendors like Jegs or Summitracing. All need to be cut to fit.

Re: Front and Mid-plate help

Front plate is pretty easy to fab up and mount. If you are going to run a mid make sure you have the headers as there is some trimming involved to the mid plate.
