1990 K5 Blazer 305 to 350 /383 / 454
Hello, Guys I am new here and working on my first engine swap.
I have a 1990 K5 blazer which has a 305 engine in it. The truck is worn out so I took the engine out. I want more power.
The truck is mainly for off road use.
My question is what upgrade can be done with out giving me to much grief. I have been looking at the 383 stroker and a 454.
I am not sure what the stock fuel injection system can handle. The truck was suppose to be a 350 when I bought it but low and behold it says GM5.0 on the back of the block.
I want to stay with EFI either my stock setup or a new system.
I attempted to search the forums but search button did not help.
Thanks for your time.

First welcome...
Second, since this isn't third gen related this will probably most likely get locked. You might want to check on google to see if there are any blazer forums that could help out.
