305 TPI to 350 carb or TPI?

im rolling the idea back and forth. i dont know what the pros and cons would be. i would like to keep if fuel injected but i would also like to clean up the engine compartment and just carb it. i am building a very mild 350 because i am using the stock T5 and i really dont want it to **** the bed. let me know what you think.

Thanks

Welcome to thirdgen.org.

I've always thought TPI was one of the cleaner looking systems out there. But, that's a matter of taste, I suppose.

I'd stay with TPI. the computer controlled EFI is really nice. I'm thinking about how to convert my other carb'd hot rods to EFI using the TPI electronics. I think the benefits are worth the challenge of learning the in's & out's of the new technology.

with the price of hi-perf carbs nowadays, it helps make the argument.
