1990 305 rs engine swap help
Needing to swap out an engine in a 1990 camaro RS. its a v8 305. (not an iroc) Well i need to find an engine for it and I was told be careful about the engine i get because the wireing may not match up. Any suggestions as to how to make sure i get a matching engine? can I look at casting numbers or is there a model or something i can go off of?
Thanks

It will "work" except for the angle of the center two intake manifold mount bolts on each side. You can elongate your manifold bolt holes to allow it to work.
Are you just looking to put in another 305? If so, any '87-'92 305 will "work". No wiring issues or bolt mounting issues whatsoever.
