New guy about to do a swap
I've got a 89 Camaro RS with a stock 2.8 L V-6 and Im probably about to swap in a 350. Im pretty sure Im getting ahold of the 350 itself for very cheap but I was wondering if I could get a list of the other parts Im gonna need...

Yea I did...to me that was a detailed way about going about everything. Im just looking for more of a basic check list of parts that I can look for and price to see what I like...

Are you going to build the 350? What heads, cam? Your going to want to run a new transmission for sure. Motor mounts are the biggest thing. I'm not to sure on the fan/serpentine set up the v6 guys have. You would have been better off buying a v8 car.

The parts list is pretty simple, actually:
1. Factory V8 donor car.
If you don't want to go that way, then expect a lot of time on eBay/Craigslist or at junkyards.
The sticky tells you all the parts you need. Get a pencil and a piece of paper and write the list out while reading the sticky if you need it in list form.
Cost - your own research is what's required there.
