Absolutely not.....any pan wider than the stock one will not work, 7 qt moroso fits well though

Normal 7 quart Moroso on mine also. Fits well. I modified my baffles slightly to keep the oil in the sump as much as possible. I also filled the pan with oil before putting it on the engine to see how much oil fills to the top of the sump. I then modified my dipstick to read that level as the full mark. I think it's 6 liters. All the oil sits in the sump. No oil gets whipped up by the crank.
You don't need a full 7 quarts in the pan. You just need a normal amount of oil in the sump but need to keep it away from the crank. That's why there are larger capacity oil pans. Kickout pans are only needed when you have no ground clearance. The 7 quart pan doesn't cause a ground clearance problem.

With stock motor mounts it just touches the drag link on the right side.
I think the steel mounts will lift it just enough to clear.

I flipped my centerlink over to get the engine down farther. Doing that, the steering will have to be realigned and a bumpsteer kit will need to be installed.

Thanks for the tips!
The pan is great. I got it for 262 from Jegs. They list it for 300 something, but they price matched Summit ( summit was on back order)
It is the same as Stefs pans (B&B is their steel line)
I figured after I put a scraper, tray and such in a stock or moroso pan, I'd spend about the same.
It is notched for 4.25".
Even came with the pick up and pan bolts.
