Could i use the L98 block if i wanted to have an lt4 conversion kit on my engine? Thanks.

If you don't mind welding up the heads to block off the reverse-flow cooling passages, modify the intake for a distributor, and run a standalone thermostat housing, besides other things I can't think of right now. Just get standard SBC heads and intake for cheaper and make more power.
