hey everyone i am going to be doing a 99 ls6 swap t56 tranny to my 91 camaro i see you have to notch the frame for the ac pump but i dont want ac does this mean i can delete the pump and not have to make any mods thanks for the help

 

If you remove the bracket im quite sure it will fit, but i wont know for sure till i order the mounts for mine and test fit it, though im using a vortec 4800 from a truck, not sure if the compressor mount is the same one but they location is pretty much the same.

If you run AC delete, you dont have to worry about messing with the k-member.

 

there is no such thing as a 99 ls6, the ls6 wasn't made until the 2001 model year.

 

Dude, you either got hosed or the seller doesn't know what year the engine is...LS6 blocks weren't available in 99.
