Carbureted Motor Swap Question
we are doing a 350 TPI - 357 Carb motor swap and I wanted to know how the throttle cables would connect to a 770 street avenger carb. would they be the same or would I need to custom fabricate a bracket for it? are there any other issues I should be aware of other than the standard "you won't be able to lockup your converter" and "your SES light will stay on" etc. also the did the cooling fans work properly? my friend has an aftermarket electric fan setup for his motor, will it still work seperate of the computer or would we need to rig it back up to a switch? And ignition, could we use the same harness or would we need a different harness? few important questions that I couldn't find an answer to when I did my reading up for the swap.

Spectre makes a real cheap bracket for kickdown and throttle cables. It should work with the s/a. I bought mine at autozone for 12 dollars, but I think summit and jegs has them. Don't know about anything else.
