Alright, this guy is trying to scam me, he sold me a broken MAF and is now trying to say I broke it.

Scam? Are you kidding me? Want me to answer all your questions? Well here you go.
1. I did not use it for two weeks, I put it in, it did not work, I reset the ECM a few times, it still did not work, I took it out.
2. It was so dirty (dirt flakes, not just dust) I brought it up to my local Schucks and guess what they told me? They told me to buy a can of "Mass Air Flow Sensor Cleaner" (picture attached). Guess what else they told me? They said I had to cut off one screen, because otherwise, the dirt flakes would get stuck on the screen and would make it function improperly. Those screens are worthless so I decided to follow what a mechanic told me to do.
3. Tore it up? There was two places that were tore up, the connector ( that you informed me of) and a piece of rubber that was already half way tore off.
4. It is in the same "unmodified" working condition it was in when I received it, like I mentioned before, the auto parts store told me I HAD to remove ONE screen in order to get all the dirt crap out. What else did I modify that would effect the performance of the MAF?? NOTHING. NOTHING I did even came close to effecting the performance of the MAF sensor.
5. I did need it in 3 days in order to make it to a local car club dyno. (http://cascadecrew.org/) it says it right there on the homepage.
6. Once again I DID NOT use it for two weeks, I did not have time to install it, uninstall it, take it up to the auto parts store, clean it,reinstall it, uninstall it, e-mail you and package it up and go all the way to the post office, because I am a FULL TIME student and a FULL TIME worker, I do not even have time to go work on my cars for 10 minutes a day, unless you want me to work out in the dark, in the middle of winter, when I have to wake up early the next morning for school.
I also tested this piece of crap he sold me, there was the 12v line to supply power, a ground, and none of the wires had the .5v-4.7v it should have if it was working at all.
I didn't even get it in for the dyno, my car performed horribly, fuel/air mixture is not that good without a MAF Sensor.
I WOULD Recommend NEVER WORKING WITH THIS GUY, HE SELLS BROKEN PARTS THEN TRYS TO BLAME IT ON YOU.
So who here is a full time student and a full time worker that has to drive a few hours a day to get to school, home, work, home??
