This intake performed flawlessly on my Vette with Vortec Heads. I decided to change to a Holley Sniper setup for the ability to fine tune the setup. Here is a quote from the Scoggin Dickey Website & Motor Trend article

The Vortec TPI base manifold was designed from the original GM TPI intake to be a universal fit for Chevrolet/Pontiac cars (1985-92) that were equipped with factory Tuned Port Fuel-Injection and the cylinder heads have been replaced with the new style raised-port improved flowing Vortec heads from Chevrolet Performance (#12558060)."
