Yes front wheels and tires. The wheels are 15x3 1/2 with 1 3/4 backspacing. The tires are 26x4.5

Since you're only $30 less than summit's price including shipping, and the fact that MT is offering discounts on pairs of their tires, I'd say your price is a bit high.
