Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
For $550 you get:
The Edelbrock base
the Edelbrock throttle body
Fuel rails and Holley fuel pressure regulator, and AN-6 fittings
the IAC that will plug right into a TPI harness http://www.f-bodysport.com/iac.htm
the other sensors (but the CTS is busted)
the bracket for the MAP sensor
the swivel neck thermostat housing
the bolts
the fabricated throttle cable mount will work with your TPI throttle cable
I'll clip the TPS connecter off my harness - this should be the only splice required to a TPI harness
Edelbrock drop base air filter
What isn't included but is available for additional $the Edelbrock throttle body

30 lb/hr SVO Injectors +$100
distributor - not included
little AN-6 caps on the fuel lines are not included (but the fittings are included)
The inner bolt angle adapter plates not included but available for additional $ http://www.f-bodysport.com/intake_bolt_spacer.htm
This will be pretty much a bolt in affair for a TPI engine since I went throug the trouble of making it work in my car already. The biggest deal for someone else to put this in their TPI car will being getting fuel to the rear of the rail if you still have the factory fuel lines. distributor - not included

the throttle cable is figured out just snap and bolt in place yours
the IAC is a GM piece http://www.f-bodysport.com/iac.htm
You will have to splice in a connector for the TPS
MAT sensor is threaded in the rear of the manifold
vacuum lines T-fitting and hoses for the fuel pressure reg and MAP
mounting bracket for the MAP sensor
swilvel base thermostat housing plugs into the standard 3rd gen upper rad hose
There was some minor porting done around the injector bosses because they were pretty obtrusive as cast, and I slightly broke through in 2 areas and had it repaired by a professional welder. the IAC is a GM piece http://www.f-bodysport.com/iac.htm

Hopefully I covered everything above, if not I'll add details.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
Hello, please post more pictures of the intake ports and what gasket they take like 1205 or 1206. I have a stealth ram I was going to use but I am wanting a functional cowl hood and this might work. What CFM is the throttle body and who made it?

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
I haven't pulled it yet but I think it is 1204 size port. I ran it with 195cc trick flows that had 1205 port openings and I used a 1205 gasket. From what I've read 1205 or 1204 for this size/HP doesn't matter (the differece between an AFR 190 and AFR 195 is the gasket).
Both the intake and TB are made by Edelbrock, they were originally from the Pro Flo system. IIRC the TB is 1000 cfm.
I'll try and get more pictures.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
so this is a direct bolt in inplace of a tpi setup? Would there be any gain in replacing my stealthram and tpis 58mm tb, also is there a bracket for the 700r4 tv cable? Deal on the intake setup and injectors shipped to ettrick wi 54627. thanks Les

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
Les, this is basically bolt on, besides fuel lines and the TPS connector. And if you have an Auto you'll need to rig up something for the TV cable. I might not be remebering every little detail but I think I've covered the bulk of it.
As far as this intake versus a Stealthram, I do not know, and like most things it is probably application based. But look on the alternative intakes board and you may find the info you are looking for.
PM sent.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
yeah, the LS is going in this winter, no turning back now!
FOr the Jerico I will need a special belhousing and different clutch. No other issues that I know of. Hopefully the LS isn't picky about the VSS.
As far as the rest of the swap goes hopefully it is pretty straight forward, with some minor custom stuff.

Is this the Victor E manifold? My wife will shoot me but it you still have this avaliable on the 24th I'll definately get this from you. I need this for my LT1 Swap thats coming up and this is a deal I can't pass up.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
LT1 heads have a different bolt pattern apart from the cooling system differences and no dizzy hole
Can't imagine no one took this yet @ this price. I have too many EFI systems lying around as it is or I would have jumped on it

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
If you can post the welded area, and it looks adequate, I can cut a check. I have a pair of ported Trick flows too, what cam did you use and how did it do? Was tuning with that 1000cfm throttle body an issue?

No, this is the Pro-flo. It is an older manifold and I'm not sure if they still sell it or not.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
I used a 224/230 hyd flat with 1.6's. I didn't notice issues with the TB as far as tuning is concerned. It liked to buck at low speeds but I assumed that was due to my VSS not working or it was a tuning issue that I didn't know how to correct for.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
There are 2 areas that were repaired with welding:
Also, you can see the witness marks from the 1205 gasket: it wouldn't take much to open it up. The top is pretty much even but you'd have to widen one side and the floor.
Some more shots:
More pictures here:http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o...20Plane%20EFI/
As far as the CFM rating I will have to look it up, but the bores are 1.685" each = 8.92 in^2 for the 4.
A twin 58mm for comparison is 8.19".
And it is a progressive throttle linkage which keeps it smooth.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
I just shipped a set of valve springs for 21 bucks. I was shocked, it wasnt that heavy. If i recall, my intakes were alot more to ship. Things seem to be getting more expensive to ship these days but I guess it depends on location. Just saying...you may want to ask more for shipping

I checked shipping for this set-up to KY and it was approx $29.

Re: Single Plane EFI SBC intake and throttle body, also SVO injectors
Walk into the UPS store and got raped. Fedex is abit cheaper in the same area but still high. If you can get those rates for an intake manifold, take it! I know my vic E is super heavy. I'd be impressed if shipping was less than 50 bucks.
