SBC Brodix Spec heads complete.
I have a set of Aluminum Brodix Spec heads complete with everything plus Pushrods. The heads came off my 406. These heads have 500 miles on them.
I will get pics when the heads come off the motor.
$1,000 for the complete set ready to install. shipping is seperate, pick up is welcome.
23 degree heads.
221cc Intake chamber
67 CC combustion chamber
Valve size is 2.080/1.600.
Stainless valves
Angled plug
phosphorous bronze valve guides
Hardened valve seats
Exhaust pattern and valve centerline are standard
Minimum of 11:5.1 for these heads.
Power for these is made within 3500-7000
They can be used for pro street,Drag racing, and oval track racing.
0.700 they flow 279 CFM stock.
.700 max spring lift
Titanium retainers
Valve bowls blended
Mind you these figures are stock figures. These heads have been C&C machined ported. They flow more than what is listed. Im not sure what exactly as my machinest doesnt have a flow bench.

Yes, Any header will work. But you will have to get shorter plugs due to the heads having the angled plug holes. I used Accel.

Same for the intake (any will fit)? Also, do you have some kind of CSA figures or similar? And are they setup for a solid (roller) valvetrain? What springs and valves are those?

Any will fit, You will need gasket number 1206. The heads are setup for any camshaft with a lift of 600 lift max. The springs are comp cams. The valves are stock valves that are stainless and are 2.08/ 1.06

Sorry, They are worth every bit of $1000 and more for what they have.. No lower than a grand.

the economy blows and these cars and engines are becoming ancient stuff folk dont want. the cars hold no real collectors value with maybe a few exceptions and the engine/parts are ok but with all the ls1,ls2,ls7 etc stuff out there noboddy wants to spend quality dollars on old stuff. trust me im experiencing it first hand. i cant give my car away and it was appraised at 19,000

^^^^^ I hear you.... I had to give my 92 25th Anniv. Camaro away. It was showroom condition with only 30K on it. It was appraised at $15,000 and I sold it for 8K. Thats took over a year to sell.
