Holley Carb and Vortec Heads
For sale I have a pair of like brand new vortec cylinder heads.
Bought them BRAND NEW from a member at nasty z28.com for $600. These heads are LIKE BRAND NEW. They have been stored indoors the entire time I've owned them. They are 100% original and unmodified.
The casting number is 12558062 (062). Had them on my engine for about 100 miles, then took them off and ended up selling the engine. Specs:
12558060
Cast Iron Vortec Cylinder Head Assembly
Completely assembled with 1.94/1.50 valves
Uses bare head 12529093
64cc combustion chamber
Straight spark plugs
No heat risers
Requires Vortec specific intake manifold
Camshafts with more than 0.475 lift require machining
valve guide bosses and checking valve seal to valve spring retainer clearance
Can be machined for 2.02/1.60 valves
Rocker arm studs can be pinned or drilled and tapped to 3/8
Valve spring seat diameter is 1.28
Casting number 10239906 or 12558062
This head is assembled with the following components (stock):
10241743 Intake Valves
10241744 Valve Spring Retainer
12550909 Exhaust Valves
10212810 Intake Seals
10212811 Valve Springs
12564852 Exhaust Seals
24503856 Valve Locks
As stated above, bought them second hand brand new for $600, but since they have been run a little bit (100 miles about) I'm asking $400 obo
Next up, a 750 CFM or 670 CFM Four Barrel Street Carburetor (believed to be a Street Avenger series)
Number: 8050B, on back of choke tower: 80670-1 and 2775 ----- SOLD
Electric Choke; Vacuum Secondary,
LIKE NEW !!! Worked flawlessly on my sbc 350 motor before and after rebuild! This carb really is simple to tune!
Features:
· Vacuum secondaries allow use on wide variety of vehicles
· Electric choke for easy warm up
· Dual feed fuel inlet
· 1 timed (spark) port, 1 full vacuum, and 1 PCV port
· Performance upgrade for stock to mildly modified vehicle
· Universal calibration for easy bolt-on performance
SELLS AT PERFORMANCE SHOPS FOR $350 NEW
Recently had it rebuilt but got rid of the engine soon after, less than 100 miles on rebuild, so
Asking $125 obo. SOLD
I guarantee this to fire right up and run like a champ! Was installed on a chevy
small block 350 so if your application differs greatly you will need to re-jet this for your application.
